Refund Policy

The short version
7-day refund on Lifetime upgrades. No questions asked. Email support@atulya.life with your payment ID.
How it works
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of any Lifetime upgrade.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- After refund, the memorial reverts to the Free tier — the page itself stays up forever, just without paid features (anniversary reminders, custom subdomain, more photos, co-editors).
- No fee or penalty.
What you'll need
- Your account email (the one you signed in with)
- The payment ID from the receipt email we sent you
- Optional: a sentence on what didn't work — feedback helps us improve
After 7 days
We don't offer refunds after the 7-day window. The Lifetime tier is one-time payment for a service hosted forever, so we plan capacity accordingly. If something specific went wrong (a bug, a billing error, or service downtime that affected your memorial), email us anyway — we'll do the right thing.
Subscriptions
We don't currently offer recurring subscriptions for Smriti. The only paid plan is one-time Lifetime. If we add subscription products in the future, this policy will be updated.
